"Since my childhood I have been interested in arts and sciences, specifically in dance and biology. Both focus on the human body, its function, its movement. After my academic studies in biology and choreography, I discovered the Feldenkrais Method much later. It was the link I was missing between the fields of knowledge and experience I had at the time. The teacher training and my current practice as a certified Feldenkrais practitioner is an ongoing process of learning, expanding my knowledge as I continue my research on the body regarding awareness, development, healing and creation.
